Standard Support

All our products include online help documentation and unlimited email support free of charge. If you are unable to find the help you need within the documentation, or require further assistance:

  1. From your iBex system select Request Support or Report a Fault in the Help & Contact menu group, or
  2. Complete the form on our contact page, or
  3. Initiate a chat session (bottom right of this website), or
  4. Send an email to providing us with any details that our support team will need to ensure that they can respond to you with the help that you require. For website support email

Assistance is provided during standard business hours and is processed in order of receipt with an initial response being provided within 2 hours.

Priority / Emergency Support

By calling the emergency number you accept the below terms

  • One off emergency calls outside business hours are charged at $150+GST per call, plus $150+GST per hour of support provided.
  • Charges may be waived if the issue is deemed to be an iBex system fault of a critical nature where no workaround is available.
