SeekomPay integrates seamlessly with Seekom Property Management System and allows you to process guest payments online, including using the gateway to process the payment of remaining balances at checkout or from walk-ins.

Chargebacks are $25 and retrievals are $5.
Yes, you can! And we encourage you to do this as it enables you to minimise or fully negate the cost of your payment gateway.
Adding a surcharge can be a set fee and/or a percentage of the total transaction and can be added during the SeekomPay application process. The Payments Report in your Seekom system will show the total value of the transaction (booking value plus surcharge).
Not at all! Just like Seekom Property Management System, SeekomPay has an open-ended term contract that runs month by month.
With SeekomPay, funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account the next business day.
SeekomPay is on a gross settlement basis, which means that you will get the full transaction value into your account. At the beginning of each month, the merchant service fee and any other transaction-related fees for the previous month will be deducted from your nominated bank account via a Direct Debit Authority.
SeekomPay is currently available in New Zealand and Australia.
Just like Seekom Property Management System, SeekomPay has an open-term contract. If you wish to cancel SeekomPay, you can do so at any time by contacting our support team. We’d be sad to see you go though, and you’re always welcome back!
