Adding your Traffic Light System to your policies in Seekom
Adjusting your policies in iBex is an easy process.
Step 1) Select "Manage Property' in the menu
Step 2) Scroll down to the Policies section.
Here you can make amendments to your current policies to include your Covid-19 Vaccination policies.
Step 3) Click save at the bottom of the screen.
Adding a Banner to your booking engine
Having a banner at the top of your booking engine is a great way to let customers know your policy around the required Vaccination Status of your guests for staying at your property.
To add this banner you will need to:
Step 1) Select 'Website Booking Templates' in your menu.
Step 2) Select the template you wish to edit. Some accounts may have multiple templates set up so it is worth adding the banner to all of your templates.
Step 3) Once you have opened your template, find the 'Promo Text' field in the Additional Options section. This is where you can enter in your Covid Policy Announcement
Step 4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Desktop Template'
