Car Parking
Ample parking near all accommodation and sites within the camp. Boat trailer parking available on request.

Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Your card will be charged a deposit of 100% of your total tarrif . Unless booking is more than one night, then only 50% deposit required. Balance of payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Payments by credit card attract an additional 2% surcharge (not shown in your total cost online). You may prefer to send an enquiry and request a booking form which has direct debit options for deposit payment.

Cancellation Policy
A part or full refund (less $30 admin fee) of your deposit will only be forwarded if we receive written notification of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the date of your booking (and 28days prior for bookings in the high season)

If you do not advise us that you are delayed or cancelling your booking you will forfeit your deposit.

Monies will only be refunded after the booked date.

If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, and you do not let us know you are delayed your accommodation may be re-let from the second night onward, and you forfeit your deposit.
