Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival this will incur a 20% administration fee of the first night's stay. If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date the first night will be charged.

For group bookings (3+ rooms) cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will incur a 20% administration fee of all rooms booked for the first night. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival the first night of all rooms booked will be charged.

Any no shows will be charged the first night of the booking.
