| ▪ | Being a booking exchange, iBex enables you to search for any wholesalers on the Open Distribution Alliance in order to build a sales relationship with them and grow your distribution network. You can register with any wholesaler on this network, however they also need to register you to complete the link. |
| ▪ | Centralised allocation system available to your wholesalers and agents. This enables them to sell instant confirmation bookings from a shared allocation pool without the need for you to give them each a fixed allocation. |
| ▪ | Centralised dynamic rate system available to your wholesalers and agents. This enables them to access your adjusted rates based on season and occupancy ensuring maximum yield. |
| ▪ | Centralised property and room descriptions and images. This reduces the need for your wholesalers and agents to have independent descriptions and means that any changes you enter centrally are available to all your sales distribution network next time they access you. |
iBex is can operate as a complete reservation system (Plus users) or as a marketing tool to be used in association with your existing reservation system (Link or Web users). Where it is used in conjunction with your existing reservation system, iBex will be able to interface to your reservation system to transfer booking details. This will save double entry of booking data saving time and reducing errors. However your reservation system will need to support OTA interfaces for this to work.
