Payment Method Select as appropriate.  Note that the ability for a user to enter a voucher or order ref in lieu of a credit card only applies for attended bookings i.e. the user is personally overseeing this booking.  It does not apply if the agent is operating a web site and there is customer is making a booking on your property without direct assistance from your registered user.  iBex can determine if it is an attended booking by whether or not the user manually entered their login details into your booking screen.

Deposit Amount This is the percentage of the booking value that the agent will take as deposit for bookings they make.  If set to less than 100%, the value is calculated on the room value only and disregards the value of any extras.  If set to 100% then it is for the full value of the booking including extras.  The most likely options are 0%, 100% or a percentage equal to the commission payable to the agent so that the agent can receive their commission up front.  This is why the extras are not included as commissions do not normally include extras but room value only.  Note that for attended bookings, the agent can override the default value of the deposit as might occur in special circumstances.  For example, the agent might normally take their commission as a deposit but in a certain instance, need to take 100%.
Booking Process this determines whether this registered user can book multiple or singular rates and rooms in one booking.  Select as appropriate.  Note that this is separately set for the public or casual users (refer web preferences for more

information).
User Code an optional cross reference field for your use if appropriate
