You can upload your logo which will be displayed on iBex screens, booking statement and invoices.
All major graphic file formats may be uploaded. Image file will be resized (at same proportions) to fit within dimensions 750 pixels wide x 60 pixels deep if of a larger size.
Follow the instructions below to setup your logo within iBex.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Admin | Operator from the upper Menu bar. |

Click the Logo button (at bottom of screen). |

Logo pop up screen will appear (refer sample image below).

Check Customer Logo radio button to indicate you will uploading a logo image. |

Provide image title (refer sample image above, option 2) – optional. |

Click the Browse button (refer sample image above, option 3) to select image file for upload. |

Click the Upload button. |

Customer Logo will now have a tick adjacent indicating successful upload of image file (refer sample image below). You can view your uploaded image by clicking the View button.

Close logo pop up screen by clicking ‘x’ in top right hand corner of screen. |
