Displays number of rooms allocated to each room type (refer sample image below).
To change the allocation on a room type, simply click on the number displayed in the calendar cell for the room type and valid from date required. For example, click on the One Bedroom allocation on Tues Dec 6. This will bring up the Set Room Allocation popup as shown:
Room Type – The room type that this allocation refers to
On Request Lead – The number of days within which bookings will always be on request (subject to confirmation) even if set to on demand (instant confirmation).
Valid From – self explanatory
Valid To – self explanatory except if not set then this allocation is set for an indefinite period.
Allocation – the number of rooms of this room type available for sale. If set to 0 then this is a STOP SELL.
Sell Method – If set to On Demand then this room type is available with instant confirmation. If set to On Request then this room type is available on an on request basis only.
If All Sold – only applicable if Sell Method is set to On Demand. Stop Sell means if allocation is all used up, then mark this room type as unavailable for further sales. If set to Sell On Request then if the allocation is used up, this room type is still available for sale but requires confirmation.
Choose the required settings and click Save.
