Registered users are primarily your sales agents but can be special users such as corporate customers or members of a group. You would set up a registered user if for any external user or agent that you deal with on a regular basis. You do not need to set up a registered user for any wholesaler or agent who is already part of the Open Distribution Alliance.
The Registered User facility has the following functionality:

| ▪ | give users the option to enter an order or voucher number in lieu of credit card details for payment |
| ▪ | ability to record what sales these users have made |
| ▪ | ability retain their contact and other details for quick entry into a booking |

If the user you wish to register with is already loaded as a wholesaler within iBex then there is NO need to register them here. |
