Complete fields in the popup window as follows:
Wholesaler – This will be the name of the wholesaler you have chosen. Not editable.
Contact – The name of the contact of this wholesaler. Not editable.
Phone – The contact phone number of this wholesaler. Not editable.
Email – The email address of this wholesaler. Not editable.
Web – The web address of this wholesaler. Not editable.
Link ID – The unique system ID number. Not editable.
Property – The property name you have selected. Not editable.
Wholesaler Status – Shows the status of the link from the wholesaler perspective. If not active, you will need to contact the wholesaler to activate.
Enabled – Tick this box to enable the link from your side.
Allocation Pool – If you have only one allocation pool (by default), this will be selected for you. If you have more than one allocation pool, choose the pool that you want this wholesaler to sell from. Refer Allocation for more information on allocation pools.
Rate Schedule – If you have only one rate schedule (by default). This will be selected for you. If you have more than one rate schedule, choose the schedule that you want this wholesaler to sell from. For Rates Schedules for more information.
Use Rate Value - Choose the rate value you wish the wholesaler to use from the rate schedule selected. You have 3 rate values available, with the default value being rate 1. Choose rate 1 if you only have one rate value.
Use Rate Value (Extras) – Choose the rate value you wish the wholesaler to use if they are selling optional extras. You have 2 rate values available with the default value being rate 1.
Booking Fee/Commission – This is what you will pay your wholesaler. Either choose a fixed fee or a commission percentage on the value of the booking. If the sale is non commissionable, choose 0% commission.
Booking Process – This is only relevant if this wholesaler is using the standard iBex booking screens to make a booking. If so, you can choose whether they can make single room and/or rate or multi rooms and/or rates per booking.
Payment Policy – This is the payment policy the wholesaler must adhere to. You can leave blank or default it to your normal payment policy. However, this is separately editable to allow for a specific agreement between yourself and your wholesaler. Note that the wholesaler can enter their payment policy if appropriate.
