Rate Schedules

iBex supports multiple rate schedules which can have one or more rates defined within that schedule.  iBex defaults all new rates to a default schedule called Main. However if you want to define different rates for different user groups, you can achieve this by defining a new rate schedule.
 
For example, you may have one schedule for your own use and another schedule for agents and wholesalers.

 

Any user assigned to a schedule will only be able to see the rates defined for that schedule.

 

Rates schedules do create complexity as you will have more rates to manage.  If you simply want to provide users different rate values for the same rate name, use Rate Groups as described following.
