This reports bookings against your property or properties over the date range which defaults to the start of the month to the current date. It is similar to the Bookings Retrieve function and is designed more for wholesaler use that represent a large number of properties than for operators who only have one or two properties. This reports allows a wide range of filters to refine the report and display options. The display options are tick boxes and if ticked, that field will be included in the report and subtotaled at that level. This allows you to construct a detailed or summary report depending on the options ticked.
Follow the steps below to display all bookings for the given period.

Select Reports | Property Statistics from the upper Menu bar. |

Select required Filters.
Country – Choose the country. Region – Choose the region for the previous selected country or default to All Regions. Location – Choose a location or city for the previous selected country and region or default to All Locations. Property Chain – If you have properties listed for more than one marketing chain, you can select a particular chain here. Property – Select a particular property if you have more than one or default to all properties. Booking Status – Defaults to all status or you can choose bookings that have a status of On Request, Confirmed or Cancelled. Sale Date From – Limits the report to bookings that were raised on or after this date which defaults to the first of the current month. Sale Date To – Limits the report to bookings that were raised on or before this date which defaults to the current date. |

Select Display Options.
Display Dates - if ticked, this will display the date this booking was created otherwise the report will sum for all dates in the range. Display Region – if ticked, this will display the regions where the property is located otherwise the report will sum for all regions. Display Location – if ticked, this will display the location where the property is located otherwise the report will sum for all locations. Display Chain – if ticked, this will display the chain of the properties booked otherwise the report will sum for all property chains. Display Property – if ticked, this will display the property names otherwise the report will sum for all properties. Display Status – if ticked, this will display the status of the booking otherwise the report will sum for all status levels. |

Click the Search button to run the report. |
