If you use a credit card payment gateway provider (eg. DPS) follow the steps below to link into iBex.
This screen will contain your specific registration details. If activated, it will cause your payment gateway credit card details screen to be displayed when the customer’s credit card is required rather than the default iBex credit card fields.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Admin | Operator from the upper Menu bar. |

Click on the Payment Gateway button at the base of this screen and this will take you to the Credit Card Payment Gateway screen. |

Complete screens as follows (required information is available from your payment gateway provider:
CC Payment Operator - select as appropriate CC Account Password - complete as appropriate CC Access Key - complete as appropriate MAC Key - complete as appropriate CC Account Enable - ensure field is checked to activate |

Click the Save button. |
