An example of the first screen of the single property search is shown below.  This is the screen that would display as a popup after a Book Now type booking link is clicked from the users website.

The fields in this screen are fairly standard and self explanatory.  Some important features are explained below.

Note the two Book Now buttons.  The top button is coloured to indicate that this room is available with instant confirmation whereas the bottom button indicates that the room is available only on request.  These buttons can be tailored to be more obvious if required.

If allowed by the operator, this screen allows the user to make multi room bookings as indicated by the Rooms Reqd column if more than one room is available.  This feature can be disabled as required.

Another important feature of this screen is the View Availability Calendar link.  If the user clicks this, a calendar will display as a popup that quickly indicates availability without the need to initiate a booking first.

See below for an example of the availability calendar which shows availability except for Jan 1 and Jan 2, and bookings accepted on an 'on request' basis only between Jan 6 and Jan 8.

The link for this screen is as follows:

http://www.seekom.com/accommodation/Property.php?op=xxx&pid=yyy

where xxx is the operator code and yyy is the property code which are specific to each operator and property that is registered.  If you are already an iBex registered user, you can obtain these codes from the operator maintenance and property maintenance screens respectively.

To physically add the iBex booking link to your website you, will need to have web design and FTP knowledge. If not, arrange for your web master to organise this for you.
