Select Reports | Guest Statistics from the upper Menu bar.

Select Filters.

Country – Choose the country of origin of your guest otherwise it will default to all countries.

Made By – Choose the registered user or agent or bookings made by the guest themselves.  Otherwise choose all.

Found Via – This is only relevant if you have defined sources that you wish to record against bookings e.g. tracking the effectiveness of various publications you might list in.  Choose a marketing source or default to all sources.  For more information on how to set up marketing sources, refer section 3.1.1.

Booking Status – Defaults to all status or you can choose bookings that have a status of On Request, Confirmed, Cancelled or New (bookings not yet viewed).

Sale Date From – Limits the report to bookings that were raised on or after this date which defaults to the first of the current month.

Sale Date To – Limits the report to bookings that were raised on or before this date which defaults to the current date.

Select Display Options. For the explanation of the display options below, please refer the example screen shot below.
 

Display Country - if ticked, this will display the country of origin of your guest otherwise the report will sum for all countries.

Display Made By – if ticked, this will display who created this booking which is yourself, an agent or the guest themselves the report will sum for all originators.

Display Found Via – if ticked, this will display the marketing sources that have been associated with the bookings otherwise the report will sum for all marketing sources.

Display Status – if ticked, this will display the status of the booking otherwise the report will sum for all status levels.

Display Dates - if ticked, this will display the date this booking was created otherwise the report will sum for all dates in the range

Click the Search button to run the report.
