Front End Booking Screens

iBex has fully functional front end booking screens that are available free for you to use on your website.  However iBex also supports XML allowing you to build your own front end screens that may be integrated with your existing website.  The iBex front end screens have limited customisation capability with style sheets allowing the choice of a variety of themes, fonts and colours to better match iBex screens to your website.  These screens can be launched either as popups or as frames within your website. 

You can test these screens by logging in and choosing Bookings then New External which will bring up a screen that allows you to search on other accommodation suppliers who are part of the ODA.  You will even be able to find your own property if it has been set up and ready for use.  All but the first regional search screen are the same type of screens that you will have on your own website.

Following is a description of the first screen only of the booking screens.  The other screens allow for the user to select optional extras and to enter payment details.  For payment, iBex allows the operator to record the credit card details for manual processing or real time processing and direct crediting of the card payment to the operator’s account is available.
