This report allows you to retrieve the details for any bookings you have made on any other external supplier who is part of the Open Distribution Alliance (ODA). These are bookings you would have made under the menu option Bookings / New – Extrnl.
To retrieve any bookings, follow the steps below.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Reports | Ext Bookings from the upper Menu bar. |

Enter desired report filter fields as follows:
Ref No – Enter a specific reservation number and the report will retrieve the details for that reservation if it exists and belongs to an external booking you have made. Name – Enter a first name or last name or part name and the results will be filtered to only include those bookings that match this name. Sold on From – Enter the date so that only those external bookings made on or after this date will be included. Sold on To – Enter the date so that only those external bookings made on or before this date will be included. Arrival From – Enter the date so that only those external bookings with an arrival date on or after this date will be included. Arrival To – Enter the date so that only those external bookings with an arrival date on or before this date will be included.
