This screen is available on a separate link that allows a user to choose an enquiry over a booking.  When activated, this screen will capture the contact details of the user plus an enquiry field where they enter their enquiry.

 

This will be recorded as a special booking with the status of enquiry.  The main advantage of the enquiry screen is that it allows the operator to use iBex to email the client with responses and have all emails tracked to that enquiry number.  The enquiry can be easily converted to a booking just by adding room and date details.  The booking will retain the same number as the enquiry so the full cycle of the booking can be tracked. For example, the operator can determine how many enquiries were successful converted to bookings.

 

Screen shots and examples will be provided when this facility has been completed.

 

To physically add the iBex booking link to your website you, will need to have web design and FTP knowledge. If not, arrange for your web master to organise this for you.
