Follow the steps below to de-register a wholesaler whom you no longer wish to have an arrangement with.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select User Maint | ODA Sales from the upper Menu bar. |

Select required Country from drop down selection list box (this refers to country in which the wholesaler is based). |

Click the Search button. |

Click Link Status hyperlink for required wholesaler. |

Set ODA Whlesaler Link popup window will be displayed. |
6 |
Check Enabled field to remove tick. |
7 |
Click the Save button. |
8 |
On completion close Set ODA Wholesaler Link popup window. |
9 |
Refresh web browser screen (press F5 key) and you will note link status will now be displayed as “inactive”.
