To delete a room type, you need to be logged in with the primary username and password and there are to be no bookings recorded against this room type for this function to be available.

Warning! If you do delete the room type, then all rate details associated with the room type will be deleted also. This is an irretrievable process.

Follow the steps below to delete a room type.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Admin | Room Type from the upper Menu bar. |

Click the Delete button (at bottom of screen). |

You will be prompted to confirm you really want to delete this room type and all associated records. |
