To delete a property, you need to be logged in with the primary username and password and there are to be no bookings recorded against this property for this function to be available.

Warning! If you do delete the property, then all room and rate details associated with the property will be deleted also. This is an irretrievable process.

Follow the steps below to delete a property.
It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Admin | Property from the upper Menu bar. |

Click the Delete button (at bottom of screen). |

You will be prompted to confirm you really want to delete this property and all associated records. |
