Copy Rate Schedules

This function is only available if you have registered more than one rate schedule and allows you to copy the details of rates from the main schedule  to another without needing to re-enter them.  However once copied, they are independent of any changes made to the rates in the originating schedule.

 

Follow the steps below to copy a rate schedule.

 

It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select Admin | Calendar from the upper Menu bar.

Select rates calendar view.

Click on the required rate name in the Rate Name / Min Nights column for the rate that is to be copied.

This will bring up the Manage Rates screen.
 
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Copy button.

This will display a summary of the rate you are copying.

 

Select the rate schedule that the rate is to be copied to, in the Copy to Schedule field.

Click Save and the rate will be copied.

This can be verified by selecting the new rate schedule in the Calendar screen whilst in Rates view.

Refer to Editing a Rate of you wish to amend the newly copied rate schedule.
