This screen is a consolidated view of allocation bookings and rates and is the view that will be selected by default when you call the Calendar from the Admin menu. Allocation changes and rate changes can be made from this screen as described above and bookings can be retrieved as described in Retrieve a Booking - Calendar.
The first calendar displays room allocation. If there are 2 numbers shown in a calendar cell, then the first or left number is allocation and clicking on this allocation will allow you to change room allocation for the selected room type and from the selected date. The second or right number is the number of rooms booked and clicking on this number will retrieve the booking or bookings involved.
To change room allocation, please refer to Manage Room Allocation.
The second calendar displays room rates. A full description on managing room rates from this screen is given in Room Rates.
