If you wish each staff member accessing your booking system to have their own login ID and password follow the below procedures to setup.

 

It assumed you are logged in to iBex.

Select User Maint | Internal Users from the upper Menu bar.

Enter new user details as follows:
 
User Type Choose unrestricted if this user can access all your properties.  Choose restricted if they can only view a nominated property.  This facility is designed for operators who may be managing properties on behalf of other owners and restricted access allows the owner to view their property details only.

Restricted to Property This option only shows if you have chosen a Restricted User type above. Select the property this restricted user can only have access to.

User ID The unique ID this user will enter to access iBex (e.g. abctrav)
First Name the userss first name
Last Name the userss last name
Can Add/Modify select options for permission to update the various screens as required. Note a tick allows a user to make changes where as no tick will still allow a user to view a screen but not make changes.
Password - self explanatory (minimum 4 characters, no maximum)
Confirm Password - self explanatory
Email The userss personal email address
Comments complete as required (care this field is visible to users having permission to modify other users)
