Payment Policy:

Payment of the deposit by a valid Mastercard or Visa card is required to secure your booking, and full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please note some properties charge an additional credit-card surcharge, and some properties also require a refundable security bond.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to start of booking: money paid is refundable in full less a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 7 to 14 days of start of booking: money paid is refundable less 25% of the total tarrif.
Cancellation within 48 to 24 hrs hours of start of booking: money paid is refundable less 50% of the total tarrif.
Cancellation within 24 hrs of start of booking / no-show: Full tarrif is payable.

Cancellation due to family death or illness: money paid is refundable in full on receipt of evidence.

We offer a selection of self-contained independently owned and operated 1,2, and 3 bedroom holiday apartments and holiday houses, all individually located and tastefully appointed, close to all facilities.

All accommodation can be booked online with instant confirmation at www.darwinholidayapartments.com. A minimum deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Full payment may be required if you are booking close to your arrival date.

Directions: Directions to your holiday accommodation and check-in instructions are generally emailed by the property owner on receipt of final payment.
