Beetham Park Motel offers 13 ground floor, self contained, spacious studio apartments which can sleep 1-4 guests and a two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each apartment includes a 42 inch plasma TV with over 40 sky digital channels from own SKY decoder in the room, a fully equipped kitchen, FREE unlimited broadband internet, air conditioning, security alarm and high quality, comfortable furnishings. With the design of the rooms running away from the main road, together with parking right outside the door, your stay will be quiet and secure. The Motel borders onto Beetham Park, the training ground of the Chiefs Rugby team. Beetham Park Motel is truly a ‘home away from home’.

Payment Policy:

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. During peak times and events, your credit card may be processed for the full amount of your stay upon booking.
We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak periods. A request to reduce the length of a stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours notice before your booked arrival is required in the event of a cancellation. Otherwise your credit card may be processed for any losses incurred by Beetham Park Motel.
Cancellation in peak or busy times - Any losses as a result of a cancellation during peak and busy times may be chargeable to your credit card, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

We request that you respect the quality of the stay of the other guests and reduce your noise, especially after 10pm.

We also request that you respect the room and its furnishings and treat them the way you would if they were your own.

Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in any room. You may smoke outside using the ashtrays that are provided. However, if you do smoke inside, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning charges.

If the 2 bedroom unit is not available and more spacious accomodation is required, we have the solution. Two studio units, either a classic studio or a California King studio or two of one type, can be used as an alternative. This is ideal if you have teenage children who need their own space but still want to be part of the family unit, or a group of people travelling together.

In this situation you benefit from double the amenities - two 42 inch plasma TVs with over 40 digital sky channels and 2 dvd channels, two bathrooms, two kitchens. The two units used will be close together if not side by side.
