Payment Policy:

Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Tariffs include 12.5% GST which may be subject to change.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations of internet bookings will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Any booking cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We will of course be understanding of circumstances beyond your control, but would ask that you notify us of cancellations as soon as you can. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Child Policy:

Children under 2 years of age stay free. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Additional Information:

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
