Raumati Sands Resort offers 21 two bedroom luxury apartments as accommodation on the Kapiti Coast. Each apartment is two storied and the size of a small house. Some apartments have sea views, overlooking Kapiti Bowling Club and Marine Gardens Reserve. There is a resort style heated swimming pool and hot tub, with sun loungers and BBQ.

Each apartment is designed and furnished to luxury 5-star specifications. The two bedrooms on the upper level have a king size bed and two single beds with their own balcony.

The lower level living areas comprise a full designer kitchen, seperate dining, spacious lounge and laundry. Every apartment has a large, private outdoor patio area.

Only 100 metres from the beach, the complex is ideal for those wanting to stay near Kapiti Island and explore all that the Kapiti Nature Coast has to offer.

The Resort is also within easy driving distance of Palmerston North, Napier and Hastings, Wanganui and the Wairarapa.

At Raumati Sands Resort we are just 100 metres from the beach, which is great for long walks or to watch our beautiful sunsets. The boutique atmosphere of the Raumati Village shops is also only 100 metres away. There is an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes offering international and local cuisine for brunch on the sidewalk or an intimate dinner.

Coastlands Shopping Centre and the Paraparaumu train station is just a five minute drive away.
