Payment Policy:

Payment policy for reservations for accommodation until 31 Aug. 2011 and from 10 Oct. 2011
Credit card: A deposit is not required if credit card details are supplied when booking. All charges must be paid in full on checkout.
Cash: 1 nights (for stays longer than 2 nights, 2 nights) accommodation must be paid before the reservation can be confirmed. The full balance must be paid on check in and a bond must be deposited.

Payment and Cancellation Policy (combined) for reservations for accommodation between 01 September and 09 October 2011 inclusive.
Reservations made before 01 March 2011: a non-refundable 10% deposit will be debited from your credit card upon reservation confirmation. On 01 March 2011, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total accommodation tariff will be debited from your credit card. On 01 June 2011, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff will be debited from your credit card.
Reservations made on or after 01 March 2011: a non-refundable 50% deposit will be debited from your credit card upon reservation confirmation. On 01 June 2011, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff will be debited from your credit card.
Reservations made on or after 01 June 2011: a non-refundable 100% deposit will be debited from your credit card upon reservation confirmation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to update credit card details in case of the card number or expiry date changing.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy for reservations for accommodation until 31 Aug. 2011 and from 10 Oct. 2011
There will be no charge for cancellations more than 48 hours before check-in time (2pm). For cancellations up to 48 hours before check in time (2pm) or No Shows, 100% of the room rate will be charged for up to the first 2 nights accommodation.
This cancellation policy does not apply to reservations for accommodation between 01 September and 09 October 2011 inclusive, refer to Payment Policy above for cancellation policy during this period.

Child Policy:

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Early arrivals and late departures.
If you are arriving into Christchurch before our check in time (2pm) and your room is ready, you are welcome to use it. (please be aware that this may not always be the case.) If your room is not ready, you are more than welcome to make use of our extended car parking service or baggage storage service while you walk into the city centre.
Late check outs are not usually possible but you are more than welcome to store your baggage with us or make use of our extended car parking service until it is time to depart for your next destination.

We are located at 859 Colombo Street between Salisbury Street and Bealey Avenue. All of these roads are clearly marked on all maps and you should have no problem finding us. When driving, it is best to turn onto Colombo St. from Bealey Ave. rather than trying to drive through the city centre. From the north, turn right on to Bealey Ave. and then left onto Colombo St. From the West and South, drive around Hagley Park onto Bealey Ave. and turn right onto Colombo St. From the airport, drive down Memorial Ave., Fendalton Rd., through Hagley Park onto Bealey Ave. and turn right onto Colombo St.

Mini Studio with Spa Bath

Welcome to our smallest unit. The floor area, including the bathroom, is 20㎡ (215 sq. feet). It is well suited to single travellers, single business travellers or short stay couples. For travelling couples we reccommend limiting your stay to 2 nights in this room.

Floor space is limited and so this room is not suited to travellers with hard shell suitcases that need to to be fully opened or travellers with a lot of luggage.
