We have a unique and superb location in Queenstowns dress circle with most units enjoying magnificent lake and mountain views, yet we are only a two minute stroll to the very heart of Queenstown with its delicious restaurants, excellent shopping and wonderful activities.

We are a relatively small complex with 9 self contained units, offering comfortable accommodation to internatinal at an affordable level.

We are also booking agents for the many activities Queenstown has to offer. We hope to help make your visit to Queenstown a wonderful and memorable experience.

Payment Policy:

A minimum deposit of 1 x nights stay is required to secure a booking at Caples Court.
The balance is due to be paid at check-in.

BOND -A cash bond may be requested at check in, a minimum $100 per person.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation affects us significantly therefore in the event that part or all of a confirmed booking is cancelled the following charges apply.
Cancellation fee applies for card fees and administration charges for all cancellations of $25.00.
14 days notice in peak seasons and holidays to receive refunded deposit.
7 days or more - deposit is refunded
Between 3 & 7 days notice 1 x nights charged
Less than 72 hours or failure to arrive will incur 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance.

Unit 2

This is our largest unit and only 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms/ensuites..This has a full kitchen, separate dining and fabulous lake views.

Maximum occupancy: 6 person/s
Bedding configuration: Front bedroom Queen bed , ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom King bed plus single bunk bed, ensuite bathroom.

Unit 3 / 4

These two units are of an open plan style with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 seater settee in the lounge area, queen size bed, single bed, a heated bathroom with shower.

Each has absolutely breathtaking views over Queenstown and the bay. They share a common sun drenched balcony and are just perfect for couples.

Unit 5

Unit 5 is a 2 bedroom unit which has a queen size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom.

This unit has a large spacious lounge area with three 2 seater settees (one is a fold out bed), dining table and chairs, kitchen, large bathroom with a bath and shower over it.

Terrific sun and mountain views and limited lake views. It shares a common balcony with outside seating. Ideal for families or entertaining.

Unit 6 is a 2 bedroom unit which has a queen size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. This unit has a delightful sunny lounge with two 2 seater settees overlooking Queenstown Bay, a dining table and chairs, kitchen, heated bathroom with shower.

It shares a common balcony with outside seating. Perfect for couples holidaying together wanting nice views and ambience.

This is a really lovely private one bedroom unit with spectacular views of both Queenstown, the bay and the surrounding mountains.

Unit 9

This is our most affordable unit and yet has its own special ambience. It has its own private balcony with no lake view but garden views and a lovely mountain outlook.

It is an open plan layout, featuring a combined kitchen, lounge and dining area with a semi separate bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail etc.

A lovely private unit which appeals to many of our guests.
