To secure a booking, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required, at the time of reservation confirmation. The balance is deducted from credit card, 14 days prior to stay. If staying within 6 weeks of booking, full paymemt is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of confirmed bookings fewer than 14 days of arrival date, will incurr a charge of one nights accommodation in full.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incurr a charge of the full amount of the confirmed stay.

Child Policy:

Children under the age of 2 years old or less are free of charge when using existing bedding.
Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged for at the extra person rate.
Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request for an extra charge. Costs vary between individual apartment properties, so please enquire.
