Cedarwood Lakeside Holiday Resort has 16 modern comfortable ground floor rooms, ideally suited for families, travellers and corporates. You can enjoy the vistas from our Lakefront Unit with endless views across Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island or sit back and relax by the heated in-ground swimming pool (seasonal Oct-Mar) and enjoy a picnic or BBQ.

Our 2 bedroom units are self contained with full kitchen facilities including microwave and oven. Our Studio Units are perfect for that short stay with tea/coffee making facilities, kitchenette and comfortable bed. Wireless Internet access is available in every unit as is Sky TV.

Cooked and Continental breakfasts are available.

The complex features private spa pool, an outside spa pool, heated outdoor pool (seasonal Oct-Mar), barbeque facilities, children's play area and private jetty with a nearby boat ramp.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings that are cancelled within 72 hours will be charged a $50 fee per unit and cancellation on the day will be liable to a one night fee. Guests who decide to leave earlier than the specified departure date may be liable to pay the full amount of the reservation.

Additional Information:

The conference room at Cedarwood Lakeside Holiday Resort seats between 16 to 36 people (dependant on room set-up) in the comfort of modern, well-appointed facilities. It is equipped with an electronic whiteboard, flipcharts, display pads, overhead projector, video, TV & DVD player.
The conference room adjoins a dining room for convenient lunches and morning or afternoon teas. The layout of the complex makes it ideal for business meetings and groups needing to divide into discussion sessions. Groups can break out into indoor or outdoor activities in an area from the conference room down to the private jetty on the lake's edge.

The conference venue is situated in a quiet location close to the airport and ideal for small groups. Accommodation available and off site activities can also be arranged for your conference.

Our spacious studio units have an ensuite, sky TV and kitchenette with microwave and electric fry pan. They are all ground level with views of the lake from the deck area.

The 2 bedroom family units are large spacious units that have a separate lounge and dining area. Full kitchen facilities and bathroom.
